WASTE WEEK AT THE SEA CLIMATE HUB IN SEAFORD

Seaford Environmental Alliance, Plastic Free Seaford and Environment First are holding 'Waste Week' at the SEA Climate Hub this week.


Events will take place at the SEA Climate Hub in Clinton Place, Seaford from Thursday the 25th of April to Saturday the 27th of April from 10am to 1pm.

The sessions will include:
- Workshops about what happens to your recycling
- Interactive games such as Plastic Free Bingo!
- A trainer repair pop-up
- Results of the recent Big Plastic Count
- Music and art for kids (Saturday only) - make your own instruments and take part in a performance!

Environment First Community and Recycling Engagement Officer, Neil Peters will be holding recycling workshops at 11am each day. Join Neil to find out what happens to your recycling after it is collected.

Neil can also any questions you might have about the current roll-out of refuse wheelie bins across the district.
