Love it or hate it, the Argus, previously the Evening Argus, has been published in Sussex since March 1880.

Tomorrow evening, the Argus is the focus of Newhaven Historical Society's regular presentations at the Hillcrest Centre. Paul Green will explore its history, looking at coverage of key events with lots of memorabilia, including newspapers and photographs. He
will also talk about the Argus archive held at The Keep at Falmer and how you can access it.

Paul's talks are very interactive and great fun.
