In very nearly ideal Spring weather, 15 members of the Friends of Tide Mills held the March meeting yesterday.

Only three bags of discarded rubbish were collected this time.

It was good to see the vegetated shingle plants starting to emerge. Over the next few weeks visitors will see Tide Mills at its most colourful, as more and more of the plants come into flower; always a very pleasing sight.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Sunday the 20th April, always the third Sunday of the month, we meet between 9 and 11 at the beach end waymarker south of the village from the level crossing.
