The Friends of Tide Mills completed their final meeting of 2023 yesterday.

In brisk wintry conditions 13 of us collected 7 bags of assorted rubbish, one large bag of recyclables and a significant amount of heavier items.

Unfortunately, we also witnessed a group of people hunting with Jack Russell terriers, which has been reported to the National Park Authority and Newhaven Port, because we are assuming these people do not have permission for this unfriendly activity.

After our meeting we enjoyed coffee and mince pies.

Our next meeting is on the 21st of January. 

Meetings are always the 3rd Sunday of the month.
