The Friends of Tide Mills held their August meeting yesterday with nine of us managing to collect just two bags of assorted rubbish and one bag of recyclables.

Considering we are well into the peak Summer season now, this is a very good result indeed, indicating that appreciation of this very special space is now widely held.

As always we  thank everybody who also collects litter by in other organised groups and as individuals.

Our next meeting is taking place on Sunday the 27th of September, the FOURTH Sunday of the month. This is a change from the normal fixture on the third Sunday.
