November 17th, 2021.

Following the cancellation of last year’s celebrations for Seaford’s Christmas Magic, Seaford Town Council and the Christmas Magic Committee are now able to deliver the 2021 event on Saturday the 4th December. It will run from 11.00am though to 5.00pm in Seaford’s Crouch Gardens and other sites throughout the town.

Seaford Christmas Magic will again deliver the joys of Christmas, with entertainment, live music, artisan market stalls and attractions for all.

The live music performance stage will be hosted by Shannon Smith with an eclectic mix of vocalists, musicians and other contemporary performances throughout the day within the Crouch Gardens Market space. A varied mix of seasonal readings, interspersed with acoustic music and song, will take place in St Leonards Church, from 10.00am to 3.00pm, with some free craft for the children and refreshments all day and soup at lunchtime.

Follow the Golden Ticket Shop Trail through Seaford town. Find the hidden Golden Tickets throughout the shops of Seaford, and if you are the lucky finder of all of the tickets, there may be a wonderful surprise that awaits you. The Golden Ticket Shop Trail will start from the Party Emporium shop in the High Street.

For families with young children, Party Emporium will be hosting a Santa’s Grotto. Advance bookings only for your visit to see Santa. The Grotto will have opening dates running throughout December.

The Lantern Parade is a highlight of the day, for both the children taking part and the onlookers. It begins the build-up to the switching on of the Seaford Christmas lights by Santa and Seaford’s Mayor. The Christmas Lights will be switched on at 4.45pm in Broad Street.

To top off an exciting day, sit back and relax at the Barn Theatre where Seaford Community Cinema will be showing Arthur Christmas, a U-rated film for all the family to enjoy. Booking advised. Tickets available on-line

More information about the day can be found at

There will be FREE parking in West Street, Richmond Road, East Street and Saxon Lane Carparks on the day.
