THE GREEN SHOW COMES TO SOUTH HILL BARN


August 17th, 2019.


The Green Show is in town today and tomorrow and then again from the 22nd to the 25th of August, at South Hill Barn, located at the top of Seaford Head on the Nature Reserve.


SCIP, Seaford Contemporary Illustrators and Printmakers are the masterminds behind The Green Show, which is a community arts event open to all, working in partnership with Artwave for 2019. The Green Show will explore themes of nature, landscape the environment and climate change, with exclusive new artworks by 30 of the UK’s best illustrators and printmakers including Sir Quentin Blake, Donna Wilson, Paul Thurlby, Karl James Mountford, Graham Carter, Lucie Sheridan, Paul Farrell, Bethan Woolvin and many more.

A host of workshops, evening lectures, animation and films, all based on the theme of nature, with particular focus on our beautiful corner of the South Downs are included within the event.

Refreshment concession is also available on site throughout the Green Show.

Parking is limited so  use sustainable transport to visit the event where possible.

*The venue for The Green Show is Seaford’s Picturesque South Hill Barn which overlooks the Seven Sisters.
