Young people aged 12 to 17 living in Newhaven are being invited to work with professionals to learn Dance and Spoken Word art forms rooted in the Hip Hop culture. In addition, they can have their say about how they would like to see creativity developed in Newhaven in a short film.

The programme, led by East Sussex based team, Creative Force, working in partnership with Street Funk and Audio Active, is funded by Arts Council England, and is free to participants.

Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th August: 10.00 to 13.00

Weds 18th, Thursday 19th and Friday 20th August: 14.00 to 17.00

Tuesday 24th August: 10.00 to 13.00

Weds 25th and Thursday 26th August: 14.00 to 17.00


Some days will be extended for location filming.
