 On Saturday the 23rd of October the Hillcrest Centre will be the location of Greenhavens first Seed Swapping Event.

Greenhavens encourages communities to work together to promote positive changes to people’s lives and their communities and the green spaces we all love.

Greenhavens will be asking its members and locals to come along for free with any seeds for swapping and sharing to make our green spaces blooming marvellous in the future.

If people don’t have any seeds to swap, not to worry, seeds can be purchased for a small donation.

The event will be open from 11.00am to 3.00pm.

There will be local craft stalls to browse and activities for the children, as well as the café for refreshments.

Greenhavens Network is a network of over 100 community groups that join together, as and when, to deliver great projects across the Lewes District. Through sharing skills and knowledge, they help each other, connecting people and wildlife.

Many of the supporters and local charities will be in attendance to promote the great work they do across the Havens.
