CTLA Community Transport hosted host an inter-generational Easter lunch at the Hillcrest Community Centre in Newhaven, last week.

The 3rd Peacehaven Brownies painted Easter vases and decorated eggs for the table displays and, along with the adult volunteers, helped to serve refreshments and play bingo with the 37 older lunch attendees.

The Brownies are working towards earning their 'Charity' badge through community action and by supporting the last remaining accessible transport charity covering the district. They were able to further develop key skills for life.

CTLA runs isolation-busting social trips and events and membership is free.
